I usually do this for lunch for 2 days
3 large chicken breasts
1 cup black beans
1 bell pepper
2-3 stalks cellery
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup carrot
3-4 large kale leaves
Chicken stock
Put beans under chicken/veggies in crock pot, let cook for 6 hours minimum on low. Add salt to vegies and season chicken to taste.
