Guys, what the fuck is going on. My max for squat is around 495ish (I got 440 for 4 about 3 weeks ago) but ever since then everything feels heavy as fuck.
I ran the Candito 6 week strength and deloaded for half a week instead of a full week and tried running it again. I felt horrible after Day 2 so I decided to deload a full week. I felt like shit the whole week and decided to go back at it the following week. I worked up to about 85% of my max and struggled like fuck (about 3 or 4 seconds) to get it up.
Am I overtrained? I don't even feel like shit anymore, I just feel weaker.
