I used MK677 from ceretropic for 8 months straight. I dosed 25mg monday through friday, taking saturday and sunday off to allow the receptors in the hpta to resensitize.

For the first few weeks I had extreme hunger upon taking it. By week 3 I was retaining massive amounts of water (I bloofed up almost 15lbs). This began to recede with time (a few more weeks)e, even without purposefully limiting sodium intake.

My sleep drastically improved, primarily in quality. By month 6 I was averaging 5 hours of sleep each night, but awaking feeling refreshed and energized as though sleeping much longer.

I cant honestly say it helped my gains, as I used a few SARMs in this time as well.

But it made my skin clearer, scars began to fade, small bruises and cuts or scrapes healed much faster, and even without using moisturizer, my skin seemed to stay hydrated even during winter.

Overall, Id say its not really worth it. I stopped taking it almost 6 months ago and ither than the improved sleep, I dont really miss it.

Overall, Id say its not really worth it compared to other drugs, such as ostarine or lgd4033, from a pure gains perspective.
