This is OP. I'm 5'7, weigh 143, and my max bench is 260. I honestly can't think of not working out. It's the only way to get out my negative energy. What would some alternatives be?

How are your legs? What's your routine? If your emphasis is on upper just start doing other stuff. Maybe start practicing skills like handstand push-ups and tumbling, or wrestling.
