Hey im almost done fixing my anterior pelvic tilt and im gonna bother typing this so you better listen. You wanna fix that shit asap it will be the biggest change you can do to your body in the shortest time trust me. Shirts will fit better you will look bigger and taller trust me stiop doing deadlifts and squats work on stretching your hip flexors and strengthen your hamstrings and abs(lower abs especially) then hop back on diddys
