i am very petite (5'1, 105lbs) and i want to go about gaining weight pretty much everywhere but mainly in my thighs butt and calves. i am on some sort of diet plan (not really, im just eating a lot more than i usually would) and i want to come up with some sort of fitness plan mainly focusing on lower body and my abs so i dont pouch but i dont want to lose weight and thats what im really worried about. i am not sure what sort of exercises i should be doing for that. i want to maintain chub. i have never been active at all throughout my life and clearly i dont frequent /fit/ so im sorry if i sound like a total idiot but i did atleast make an effort into making pic related
