home gym thread?

In the process of converting a 13'x24' area in my basement into a home gym. Should have the rubber floor coming in before thanksgiving to install and the equipment soon after.

If you can't afford cage then just a barbell is ok. Will have to go old school with lifts.

Im too poor to afford a cage so I got a gold's gym bench on sale at Wal Mart for $100 and put the pegs backwards for squats. I have to weigh the front down but it works well enough.

For a dip belt I already had two normal belts for pants, so all I do is put the thicker one around my waist normally, then put the second one through the first one vertically. Loop the weights on the second one, then tighten it. Hangs right in between your legs and is adjustable.

shiiiit wastn expecting so many not ghetto home gyms all i got is a bench around 100kg in weight an ez curl bar a set of dumbells and a barbell shit cost me relatively nothing
