This routine is absolute shit, sorry to tell you anon. frequency is waaay too low. Hitting a body part once a week is for steroid users who have an extended protein synthesis. Just look up a proper pull/push split and do that instead.

As have mentioned if you want to 3 day, do full body, like;

A bench press - squat - row - accessories
B ohp - deadlift - latpull - accessories
C as A

Or do;
A - bench press, row, accessories
B - squats, rdl's, accesdories
Rest
C- ohp, chins/latpulls, accessories
D - deadlift, front squats, accessories

This is completely untrue. Intermediate to advanced lifters can do fine with working a muscle group once a week.
