How many lbs per week should I gain on 250mg e3d if Im not looking to dreamer bulk?

Like 1-2? Or what? I have zero experience bulking as enhanced so I don't want to cut myself short, but also don't want to delude myself and vastly overdo it.

Other than the insomnia I get very few tren sides. The whole mental thing only bothers me when I up the dose. No exhaustion, no weird horniness, minimal heat flashes.

desu running 600test on my first blast felt worse than 800 tren and resulted in less gains. I do seem to randomly pick up a bunch of water weight like 1-2 days a week and become paranoid that I'm gaining fat. Hopefully the mast will help with that.
