Is ice cream any good for extra calories?
My dieat already consists only of chicken, pasta, oats, eggs, potatoes and rice, but I can rarely hit my bulking TDEE

at 130lb you can eat fastfood everyday and not get fat
eat the ice cream and don't worry. your body won't waste it. at this point, as long as you're lifting weights and eating a minimum amount of protein, everything you eat is going to be turned into muscle

the amount of fat stored by your body has no direct correlation to your current bodyweight, infact, being lighter can increase your TDEE, in turn making you even fatter if you eat too many calories
calculate your daily caloric intake, eat 250 above it, and dont eat like a glutton
