Can someone recommend me a good app to track my lifts at the gym?
The ones I've looked at all seem to be more complicated than they should be.

I used to use notes on my phone now I downloaded google sheets to put in my working sets and made it so it automatically calculates how much I have to lift for my warm up sets. I also put in how many reps I managed to get and input that into a separate excel sheet on my PC to follow my progress.
>home gym
>I have a gym computer
>use Excel to keep track of lifts
Feel free to laugh at me.

I built a computer for my home gym so I could use it to keep track of my data and play music.
My gf uses it to watch movies while she uses the stationary bike but I don't do that, I prefer going out for a run.
I don't have any games downloaded on it since they could distract me.
fitlist if you have an iphone
