So here is my story : 2 meters, 125 kg ,
I started kungfu 3 months ago, but I wasn't able to handle a full training , so first I worked my cardio :
>insanity max30 5 times a week (modifier)
>jogging for 15 minute 2 times a week
>kung fu classes, 2X2hour a week.

I managed to fully follow kung fu classes, but it wasnt enough, i was weak af.
>quitted drugs, slowed down on smokes
>new diet

>breakfast : 1 egg mixed with oat and cranberries, cooked slowly.1 mixture drink(2 bannanas / 1 chunk of ginger / 1chunk of cumcumber/ 5 palms date / tea / 10 ml rice milk)

> meal : 100g turkey 200g rice, vegs and fruits

>dinner : vegs soup, 100g rice

>shitty food (once a week) : chocolate tablet

I eat fruits 2hour before any sports too and drink sparkling water instead of soda.

>Now : my cardio is beyond my imagination, I can stand 8 minut fights (2x4 round) and run for 1h and a half, i do insanity max30 everyday, i also do kung fu stretching for 30/40 min a day (fucking horse stance)

I only lost 5kg ( but look less fatty) things start to become easier, I have enough energy, but I'm way too slow, I set goals (would like to run for 4 hours, and to be able to run some longs stairways) But I really want to lose that beer belly, any advice on how to lose it faster ?

Count your calories my nigga-senpai.
Get a food scale, make sure you're consistently eating 500 deficit, and only weigh yourself once every two weeks or a month, since there is alot of fluctuation daily (for example, you eat ~4lb of food on average daily)..

Maybe coffee (or any stimulant, might help burn an extra minor amount of calories and suppress appetite) and cold water, but that might make 2% difference over the long run.

I was doing 1 meal a day at first but experimented a lack of energy , I guess I could ad some 30 min jumping rope ( still hard as fuck), I'll take the cafein I can try 6-8 tea a day , appetite is not a problem for me , eating less may be a bad idea, no ? Also, I walk at least 2 hour everyday

eating less is a bad idea nutritionally speaking, but if you're young you can for sure get away with it.
try to make sure if you're getting your energy from just caffeine that its 0 calorie because sometimes it can be really high calorie without you knowing.
also calories burned by walking is highly dependent on how fast you walk. i recommend getting a fitness app to track that
