How does this even happen?
Big skull? Fat neck and dodgy posture?
Help.

source is it's always sunny in philidelphia, s10e02, around 20 minutes in.
Dude plays an "ugly loser", but the actor seems well spoken and physically well co-ordinated, i.e. not retarded.
Such size must come with significant gains.

You mean head shape? Yeah, his look is a combo of being fat and just generally being genetically fucked. I can't tell if his skull shape is messed up though, or if everything else about him just makes his head look messed up.

What I've thought when I saw this this.
>>39392986
the bulge on the front of his head is probably just mostly bone growth, while the size is overblown by his face being proportionally undersized

we're on here too much, mayyyn.
Most likely when he was a baby his parents left him facing up in the crib instead of turning him on his sides.
this causes the soft baby skull to flatten on the back and pushes the brain forward causing a big forehead.
if this happens they are special helmets that remold the skull while the baby is growing.

But it's huge for his height, I think it's unlikely got a little spine to think it's a good idea to grow a massive head.

>genetically fucked.
I think it must be this, it's a shame brains are so complicated, else this dude would be impressive
Hydrocephalus. Dude probably has a shunt to drain CFS due to a narrowed 3rd aqueduct.
