Hi /fit/
I have devised a schedule for myself but I'm not sure if it's enough, too much or if I should change some things. I could do with some advice. Anyway, Below is my routine.
Diet
Breakfast (7am-9am) - 1 bowl of muesli with nuts and a cup of tea (black with one sugar) and a glass of orange juice.
Snack (11am - midday) - Protein shake with bananas.
Lunch (1pm-3pm) - rice/noodles with meat and veg and a cup of tea.
Snack (4pm-7pm) - Same as previous snack.
Dinner (8pm-10pm) - meat, seafood or chicken with rice or noodles. Occasionally potatoes or spaghetti. With tea or a glass of milk.
Warm up - toe touch stretch, lunging stretch, hula hoop, ankle pulls, limb circles (ankles, knees, arms, shoulders and necks), full body stretch upwards and 50 star jumps.
Workout (I don't have any weights)
3 sets - 15 reps
Russian twists, leg raises, crunches, heel touches, modified v-sits, 100s, push ups, squats, step ups, sit ups, plank, inverted row, one leg standing bodyweight calf raise, supermans and jogging approx. 4 miles (I alter my speed throughout).
After this I do some of my combat practice as I do Muay Thai and BJJ. Mostly just basic stuff as I want to get those down.
Is there anything I should change that would give me faster progress?
I've been doing it for a weekish and haven't noticed a lot of difference.
You're not eating healthy enough, you're never going to make it.

are you trying to get bigger or cut fat? it looks like your trying to cut to me. Imo i wouldn't eat as much fruit because of the sugar in it, or if you do then eat it close to a workout. otherwise it looks like you have a good balance of food groups.
Pic is pretty much how I eat every day. does it look like im getting enough nutrition/micros from this? I take a multivitamin each day also.
