you don't have to be vegan to eat superfoods, salmon is called a superfood. it's just a label given to certain nutrient rich foods. just eat whatever fits your macro and micro needs famm.

Vegans diets are so bad that they literally feel a small burst of energy for having some of these foods occasionally.

It's not vegan propaganda, it's Whole Foods propaganda describing simple, probably foreign foods

They just have more nutrients, but not enough to be worth the price hike of them being called superfoods.

Oats, chicken/beef, pasta, and basic veggies can get you pretty far nutrientwise and they're dirt cheap
