I been lifting for 4 months now and i started cutting like 3 weeks ago and weight 152 then. This monday I was 149 and today 145

My question is is the 4 pound weight loss under a week healthy? I mean i feel good and been eating healthy.
You didn't lose 4 pounds of fat in a week. You just happened to have less water and/or shit weight in your body at the later measurements than the first one.
4lbs means diddly shit. I fluctuate more than that between breakfast and lunch sometime.

Yeah that's just fluctuation in water content
To lose 4 pounds of fat in a week you'd have to maintain a daily deficit of 2000 calories. Not sustainable, and you certainly wouldn't feel fine.

chances are, its not even fat, if it is GREAT, if not, meh it is what it is, keep at it as long as you feel good
