one's a rip-off and you're wasting 14$ and the other is a Rip-Off™ an youre wasting 29$.
Whey is a waste, a by-product of cheese making.
so do it eat just healthy food like broccoli and white meat, eggs, vegetables? and explain why it is a ripoff? i will admid i am not so tired after a good shake

If you get enough protein in your diet you don't need to supplement with whey powder. Depending on where you live though it may be cheaper to get all your protein from food or it may be cheaper to get help from whey.
