Energy drinks never seem to do shit for me except make my heart feel iffy.

I drink a good 5 or 6 cups of coffee a day though, i use it as pre workout and it works wonders.

I wake up 4.45am, work 6am - 6pm and if i drink a coffee at 5.30pm i'm good to go boxing 7pm - 8.30pm.

And i struggle to sleep early after boxing but even on 5 hours sleep i can still do thr same again the next day thanks to coffee.
