Ok /fit/, I'm on my path to making it, and I'm actually gaining followers.
My gf wants to go to the gym with me, but she has fucked up knee. Dunno if she can't squat, but her doctor told her she can't ski anymore, and I don't want her to fuck it up even more during a training.
I'm still following a beginner strength routine, and don't know shit about building one. What would be good routine for a grill who (possibly) can't squat and diddylift?

Talk to a doctor about what she can do to rehab the knee. This usually involves light exercise to strengthen the muscles which support the knee. Heavy weights right off the bat is probably a horrible idea. Depends on the type and extent of the injury.
