So, I have a question for any runners here.
I feel like I've hit a wall, running wise. I feel like I can't break through the two mile mark, and I'm not even fat or totally new to this. I used to run a number of years ago, where I'd routinely run six miles without stopping or slowing down. Now my muscles feel weak and I really have to fucking push myself to get to two miles, but I'm not getting any further than that.
I'm not fat (5'10, 155 lbs), so it doesn't really add up, as I've been at this at least four times a week for a month or so now. Shitty diet maybe? The food where I live is pretty horseshit-tier, so maybe I'm just not getting any nutrition.
Any ideas?

I broke through a wall at two miles by deciding to do three in the middle of a run. I've been able to run a little longer every week since then, I'm almost to four. Try running at a slower pace as well, it is better to build distance at whatever pace you can handle, as speed will come naturally as you increase your distance.

I did 2 miles on my first week and I'm fat as fuck. Get your earbuds on, pace yourself, and go fast when "that" song comes up.

Thanks, because I was starting to think I should switch to fast one mile go's to build up cardiovascular strength quickly, because I feel like I already kind of jog slowly. I've never timed myself.

As a runner who has quit for over year before starting again.
It's the fucking worse feeling getting back in to shape. Just keep pushing yourself through the pain. It's going to be rough, but you just need to keep pushing.
I couldn't do it by myself, so if you can get a buddy.
It's OK to take some walking breaks in between to make up the mileage.
Im interested in running more often to get lean, I have decent looking gains but I definitely wouldnt say they are lean dry gains. Like the bulkiness and definition is there, but they're "soft gains"
Is the whole "too much cardio will depress your metabolism" a meme?
I would advise you to get your testosterone levels checked. Stop being a little wimp and push through the pain coward!
