fiber makes your poop come together so it's more dense and hard, but i just typed into google "stop frequent urination" and it said fiber might help which it did, but then i just didn't properly crap for 2 days. all i ate the day before yesterday was a fucking carrot, a protein shake, and some rice and vegetables for dinner the night before last. yesterday, i took protein and ate a vegetarian burger, some cereal, and like 4 slices of pizza.

magensium... i have always thought to avoid taking vitamins more than a few times a week when they are not water soluble. is magnesium water soluble?
