An injury that severe is not because of the exercise that caused the pain. If it hurt that bad from a single exercise, there was underlying damage and reverse curls happened to be the tipping point.
Gotta take some time off now, bruh. Don't make the mistake every lifter makes and hit the gym the second it "feels" better. Give it time to actually heal
