how long have you ever been without lifting because of an injury/studies/work/whatever? Currently semi-snapped my middle back and taking 1 week off, feelsbadman
Out for about a year due to brain cancer. Just getting back to working and gym.

1 week will do you no harm, might even help.

I'm sorry for the cancer anon, I hope you're doing well.

Thanks I'm doing well, not "in remission" yet but my check ups have been moved to 6 month intervals. Feels good. It goes 1m>3m>6m>1y(Remission)
Taking a week off is proven to increase test levels and help break platues with a little investment of your time as you will be a little week once you get back but will increase your noob gains equilibrium
3 months after an injury, during which time i spent an hour and a half per day doing resistance band stuff to keep myself sane
currently taking a break because I smashed my finger in between a tailgate and a trailer hitch
hurt it on Thursday, still swollen and looks like the nail is going to fall off
anyone know how long this sort of thing takes to heal?
