My hips are not alligned correctly due to the fact I put too much weight on one side of my leg. I herniated my disc in my lower back doing deadlift with the correct form but due to my hips being tilted what can I do to fix my hips and end the pain. I can no longrr workout it's been a couple months

I honestly had a pretty good experience with my hip and shoulders at a chiropractor, but I don't know if I got lucky because a lot of people call chiros a meme. I'm going to a physio soon too
