i was about to be on my 3rd cheat day in a row too op. woke up and had 2 poptarts, big bowl of cereal, and a hot pocket. decided no more in the middle of it and so far I've had a banana and I plan on eating a sandwitch later this evening

not op.. but I fucking love you for posting this. I've been struggling maintaining my weight loss since school has started and this video really hit me.
When I was hitting my goals everyday I would constantly check myself out in my reflections, and the picture I had in my head of myself was a sexy beast who dressed nice, had fashion sense, and turned heads when I walked into places.
Since school started back up that slowly deteriorated along with my progress. I haven't lost a single pound in over a month and I see myself in my head and in my reflections as fucking gross. I'm beginning to see myself that way and I hate it.
Brb writing up a fucking goal card and placing it in my wallet right now

how often do you check your posts anon? that was a fairly hastly reply after you've posted 1.5hrs ago

That's exactly what I thought. Lol.
when I pig out I just get home and work out HARD for 2 and a half hours.
that being said, I miss working out too much to ever spend more than 1 day without exercising.
how do people legitimately get to landwhale status?
I never really realised how many calories you'd have to eat until I started lifting and counting calories but holy shit do some people just stuff themselves with 4k+ calories every day without moving around or some shit?
