Read 3 minutes to a pain free life. It talks about using movement to active neuron's to send resources to locations of pain. It's called 3 minutes to a pain free life because once you completed the pains in your life you just need to Stretch 3 minutes each day to keep pain away. I got rid of my back pain and knee pain from using the methods in this book.

Hey OP, please help me
I have anterior pelvic tilt and youtube said to stretch my hip flexors and lower back
I did the lower back stretch where you squat and hold on to a pole and pull
It made my back pain worse, now its constant from the time i wake till i sleep. I couldnt complete my working set of deads and squats even. Wtf

op here
I followed these videos listed here. If you follow them as well, you can fix alot of shit up. They're general stretches and guides that anyone can do. They target the usual culprits.
Do them regularly and incorporate them into your routine. They don't mention it, but keeping up stength training is helpful.
And don't forget to look up how to foam roll.
Good luck anons.
