How the fuck can I stop my heels from coming off the ground?
>Squat
>Power clean
>Snatch
>Deadlift
During all of these lifts my heels come off the ground. On squats its when I go down, and on the other lifts it is when I am in the squatting position. Whenever I try to concentrate on keeping weight on my heels I get unsteady and feel like I am going to fall backwards

A-Are your feet not supposed to come off the ground during a power clean?

I am talking about when I initially bend down to pick the bar up, my heels are off of the ground. My whole feet come off the ground when I am actually doing the lift.

You're supposed to be on your toes at peak extension.
If you're leaving the ground you can probably afford to lift a bit heavier.

It's probably just the shoes you're using, not actually your heels.
Someone on /plg/ had that same problem.
Record barefeet and check.

It's an ankle mobility problem. Practice holding ATG bodyweight squats. You should actually progress pretty quickly.

Get a pair of high heels.
