How do I get muscles like pic related? Or do I have to not be a pussy? I'm not alpha and never will be and I get that it's like "if you say that then you never will be" but the only thing worse than being beta is a beta that isn't self aware enough to realize that they're useless. But I just want muscle but I can't ever do any more than 3 sets of like 8 for 80 Ibs benching and I've been trying to work out off and on for the last 3 years and I'm still a weakling. I've basically given up now and I'm pretty sure that all that'll make people say is like "fine give up you'll never get anywhere with that attitude" but that courage wolf crap is complete bullshit and just makes me want to give up even more and to fucking murder whatever piece of shit thinks that's worthwhile for me to hear

There's the problem. It takes years of dedication and pain to get anywhere near that guy. Even then, he's probably on a butt load of gear. Just focus on eating right and persistently lifting more and you'll make it.
You have to actually go to a surgeon and ask to get another biceps implanted on you.
Personally I am saving up to get another pair of quadriceps, my squats are going to be insane.
