When should I be switching from SS to 5/3/1? I haven't reached

5/3/1 is actually an advanced program. Do Texas Method for awhile. Try to at least get your 1/2/3/4 before you do either. Are you still able to make progress every training session?

cool, that's about right where it should be.

You can do SS for six months and generally it's best to because after that you only add weight once a week with something called PERIODIZATION
