Hey, /fit/ . I play lacrosse, and have pretty decently sized thighs, legs, and shoulders for my body size, but my forearms and biceps/triceps are puny. Any tips to bulk them up in time for lacrosse season? (spring)

During one workout do barbell rows and bench presses

During another workout do close grip bench, barbell curls and farmers walks

The best exercise I've found for lacrosse are forearm roll ups. After doing those I noticed a serious increase in power
