I signed up to a gym but I feel like I signed up to a Goodlife membership today without any proper planning, I feel totally in over my head so I hope you guys are willing to help me out.
Can you guys set me up with multiple links to websites or apps you recommend for exercise routines, planners of some kind, and some stuff on eating healthy (because I do want to switch up my diet). I would like free programs but if you recommend paid apps or subscriptions I'll consider them.
I'm basically a chubby kid, I don't know my weight or my height but I plan to book a check up to find this shit out. I never really worked out outside of gym class but it was never extensive enough to see results and I never did any sports so I'm a beginner at this. I appreciate all advice
