Chinups (sets/reps/weight depends on your ability to do them)
3x5 Bulgarian lunges

3x5 ohp
3x5 rows (don't do any variation where your supported by the bench, just do bentover rows like you would with a barbell)
3x5 goblet squats
Feel free to throw in curls or tricep extensions if you want
