I have unfixable joint problems that get in the way of lifting beyond super light weights. I'm stuck being either really skinny from only doing cardio and low weight, skinny-fat from continuing life as is, or maybe even obese...

should i just kill myself?

i can do some bodyweight workouts, but not all. for example, i can't do pushups with good form.

I've found Doctors, GPs, and Physics to be really negative desu
Yet I've found this one Belgian Blue of a man in my gym who helped me more than the above just by helping me go heavy.

If you can't lift, then accept your lot and make the most of it. Become a cardio king and be lord of the long distance skeletons. Get yourself a spooky gf and fuck for hours because that's how long it takes both of you to actually get tired.

i was checked by a reputable orthopedic surgeon who said that it's probably just genetics and that there's nothing i could do that wouldn't just make it worse.

similarly, i have respiratory issues (nose stuff) and i'm scared to get it fixed because with my anxiety, i'm a prime candidate for empty nose syndrome. because of that, my cardio has always been weak next to my peers. besides, i don't like being a skeleton, the only reason i ever want to be in better shape is for strength, not health

i guess it probably just sounds like i'm making excuses, so you're probably right. if i can't accept the hand i'm dealt, my only option is to not play

Nah, just look into body weight exercises. A lot of people shit on them, but they cleary work for some people (assuming your goal isn't to be some kind of mass monster). Then just pay really close attention to where you have trouble. If you can't do pushups, buy dumbells and supplement them for lacking areas.

Even if you'll never be huge there is no reason not to aleast get stronger. My main point is really just be patient with your own body. If it's really fucked you gotta baby it, but thats no big deal man it's all about the journey anyways
