I reached the point where I worked my lanky legs too much that now they are slightly bigger than my waist.
I am going to quit before I fuck up myself anymore. All i was trying to do is get that tear-shape, but the leg-sides are starting to inflate as well, and now I got these big jooicy girl legs and its ruining my v-shape.
Did some squats too and my ass is also grown, so i stopped a few weeks back. I aint trying to get the bottom of me to look bigger than the upper body. Just want it more defined thats all.
Any good ways to get your legs defined, without cutting, because im trying to grow upper body. Or should i just wait until I finish with my upper body until I decide to cut hard so my legs will show defined as well? Does low weights, high reps help with making them defined and not grow them any bigger? If so, any machine in particular I should use to focus primarily on the tear drops?
