I mean I'd agree with nearly everything he says. Flies might be debatable, but even then I prefer cable flies for the reasons he brought up because I can keep constant pressure where I want it instead of a hard stretch at the bottom of the lift.

Probably right but that upright row form was awful. Hands/wrist shouldnt be coming up and above the shoulders.
