Can someone help me construct a workout to use from now until Christmas? I want to make a workout I don't need weights for as I will be getting them at Christmas.
If anyone can advise me on a Bruce Lee styled workout I would much appreciate it as I'm already doing the diet. I ultimately want to look like Bruce Lee did, or at least as close to him as I can get.

Bruce Lee wasn't "sticky" until the later years when he made the films he is famous for. Prior to that he bulked up quite a bit but decided later to keep the power but become leaner to move quicker.

No he didn't he injured his back. Got told he'd never train again. Spent 6 months in bed writing a great book he never personally published and then go stuck back in.
