I took a week off and it was horrible. Injuries flared up again, and now I'm 2 days into taking at least a whole month off exercise. I feel like killing myself.

I'm trying to focus on other things but god damn it I just want to lift heavy stuff but I can't even do fucking cardio.

Please help me /fit/. Please tell me it's going to be all right.
