How do poorfags into being /fit/?
I literally own a set of dumbells and that's it.
3 pounds, 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 15 pounds.
What are the best heavy exercises to do without a gym or any major equipment?
I suppose my diet is fine, I'm skinny fat right now and I haven't done anything but desk jocky-ing for the past two years.
What can I do?

Save up for a gym membership, buy some better weights or look into calisthenics
Buy a set of adjustable dumbbells, I bought a pair that goes up to 20 kg for 30 € from a garage sale. As I advanced I bought more plates. I did also some bodyweight exercises.
Later I have invested in a barbell and a squat rack.

Pull ups (pull up bars cheap)
Push ups (buy push up bars to not fuck wrists)
Run 5k.
Save up $ for gym memebership, but this will at least get you started. Not you will never get Natty this way, only basics to strength. Which is better than nothing.
