Who /making progress/ here?
I started my second year of lifting a couple of weeks ago (I lost about 35 pounds of fat last year) have to lose the same amount over the next 6-12 months to hit my target weight. Cleaned up diet a fair bit over time. Made more gains in 2 weeks then I would of in a 4 weeks last year.
Who knew it was all about diet.

I'm down to 168 from 210 earlier this year in late January.
My diet was also shit, and still was shit even while losing the weight.
I didn't get serious until about 2 months ago and I know it'll help.
Still have 23 more lbs to lose until I reach goal weight, which I'm planning to reach by February.
Also got a boyfriend rather recently and we're getting fit together which is awesome, we're all gonna make it bros.

I'm down from 245 to about 210. Goal is 175, height is 5'10. How tall are you? 145 is really light. My diet is good right now, not 'clean' all the time but there's lot of chicken, pasta, fruit, vegetables in there and I don't eat any sweets, cakes etc. My biggest vice is alcohol and caffiene. I'm replacing the caffiene with yerba mate and working on my /spiritual gains/ for the alcohol.
I'm hoping to acquire a gf myself. We're all gonna make it breh.

Nice progress dude. And I'm 5'7 so I'm a manlet, but I have a small frame (lel 6 inch wrists) so 145lbs would be a great goal for me at the moment.
I was thinking long-term goal as 135 if I'm a bit too fat at that weight.
And I eat clean stuff mostly, with occassionally getting an order of fast food if friends are going.
Vices at the moment are lollipops, xing tea cans, popsicles and cigs, with cigs being my primary focus of cutting out.
And that all sounds great, just don't kill it with the pasta, as I'm a huge pasta fan myself and it's shitty I can't make pasta because of fat roommates who would eat it.
BF at the moment is 5'11 with an extremely large frame, but he's fat like myself.
He's 220lbs but has a large frame, I'd guess about 8 to 8.25 inch wrists, so all he needs to do is drop about 25lbs and he's golden.
I wish you luck in getting a GF bro, I know that feel of not having one, but once he came into my life the void I felt was filled, it's an amazing feeling and I'm sure you'll come to experience it soon if you stick with your hard work.

316lbs->227 atm. Just 7lbs shy of my original goal weight. Once I hit it, Im gonna start working my way to 200.
Ive come a long way the past 8 months, physically and emotionally. And Im getting pretty optimistic about the future. I cant wait to see what challenges I get to face in the upcoming year.
I just failed on my 5th rep trying to do 170 lbs on the bench press, 5'7" manlet at 155 lbs
Probably attributed to eating 1500 cal/day
Maybe I should eat more or just stop being such a faggot?
I've been lifting for about 13 months and I still look like shit, albeit it's probably because of my calorie deficit and shitty diet.
