8 consecutive muscle-ups. A few clean, straight legged, press-up to handstands and down. Some elevated handstand pushups against a wall. Ate some food. Did a yoga class.

I stuck with my plan of not deadlifting today even though others were rubbing it in my face that I planned a break by deadlifting all around me. It was very hard to resist.
