It's the worst thing for fat loss, it waters down your fat so you body can't burn as much per day. Your body has to process water when it could be processing fat. Just take saunas instead, you get enough water to survive and it doesn't stop your fat burning.

I use propel fitness water myself, no calories and I don't like plain water.
