Can someone tell me if there is something horribly wrong with this routine? Ive been doing this and it feels good for me. Also, if one were to lift the same weight always, would they get stronger? Anyway

AxBxAxx

A
OHP 3x5
Squat 3x10
Hamstring curls 3x8
Hip thrust 3x8
Cable crunch 3x20
Pull-downs 3x8

B
DL, work up to 1x5
Bench 3x8
Incline or chest fly's 3x8
Face pull or triceps pulldown 3x10
Shrugs 3x12
Rowing 3x10

I want to build a strong back. Can I work my lats every time, or is it better to alternate? Should I do chinups everyday?

I've been lifting for three months. My squat max is 245 for 5 and my bench max is 150 for 5. I have issues with my low back and shoulders, though, so I've been doing each exercise at 1 plate for a while. Is it worthless to stay at that weight? I feel like I'm still building muscle, just not irritating my back or shoulders.

Am I training each thing too infrequently like this?

Thats what I mean

I just can handle 100
>>
I got to 245 in squat by doing SS for a little while. I stopped because I felt like I wasn't using my actual muscles, if you know what I mean?

How would you imagine that to be possible?
>>
>>39375730
Does it condition the muscle in any way? I know you need to increase weight to grow, but isn't there some benefit from the exercise, even if you don't increase the weight?
>>

Yeah, sure, there's benefit.
General health and conditioning, and maintaining of muscle.
