Wraps
Get some chicken filet, pref.. 1 kg.
Cut it into mouth pieces, slab half a tub of salsa on it, put back in fridge
Chop bellpepper, tomatoes, iceberg salad, put into bowl
Get some good wraps with herbs in it, or tomatoe/garlic etc.. Or make your own.
Make some avocado dip, google
Take some feta and slice it into small cubicles
Take the chicken, throw it into pan and flash heat until its a bit charcoald but still soft inside, if you want you can add kidney beans/ rice.
Take the wrap, put it into oven or pan to soften it up, put some miraxle whip* on the whole wrap, put your iceberg salad, then add tonatoes/ bellpeppers.
Now add the chicken/ beans to the wrap, do as much as you want, or until the wrap can almost not get closed.
Take your avocado dip, and sour cream, and nake 2 lines with it along the whole wrap.
Then you add the feta cubicles, can be a bit to give a nice but not ocerwhelming cheese taste.
Close it up and enjoy, i could eat this all day

It's pefect. For bulking, you get fast protons wth the chicken/ beans and slowly working ones with the sour xream/ feta cheese., also has some good carbs. If you dont like it, you can switch the salad. For some better one
Dressing up chicken is awesome, the gentle flavor of the meat compared to something like pork or beef makes it perfect for that, and the simpler the better
2 kgs of chicken breast
1 can of mashed chipotles (there's a sweet version of these if you want a sweet bqq-esque flavor)
dollop of Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
that's literally it, makes godly spicy chicken for an entire week, perfect for things like wraps or burritos

Iuse my crockpot a good bit cause it's easy to make big meals that way. Chili with ground turkey is a good go to, also BBQ chicken thighs. I'll shred em and then slap em on a bun. I think I almost like it more than pulled pork desu.
