Recovering fatty here. Down from 280 lbs 33-34% bf to about 243 lbs 23-26% bf. Everytime I weigh in my scale says a different bf%. What would effect this? Would dirty feet make it say a lower percentage? Would food I eat make it say a higher or a lower percentage? In the past few weeks it's read as high as 26% but the past few days and last week it's been in the 23%'s. I have a hard time believing I'm only 23% though.
What's the most accurate way to calculate my bf%? I no longer have a goal weight but a goal bf% which is in the low teens, like 13 or 14% and then I can finally start getting shredded

Don't know how accurate a scale is for measuring bf%, but can you always do a boyounce test using semen.
