If you're still young and not overweight, your cholesterol levels should be pretty okay. As soon as you get to 30 or 40 and experience too high cholesterol it might be a good idea to steer away form higher amounts of saturated fats, eggs and red meat in general or go vegan altogether if you think that's easier.
