That they are. Just make sure to vary the intensity of the workout. If you go heavy on Monday, make sure to go light/moderate on Wednesday. You can go heavy again on Friday, if you feel you're able. If not, just contend with one heavy day a week.
With a fullbody three times a way, you'll also be hitting every muscle group more frequently than with a split

You certainly can. I would advise you to keep the deadlift to 1 workout a week (1x5 set-rep).
Don't forget bench, of course. You can switch out pull ups and dips for other exercises occasionally. Just keep in mind that pull ups and dips are both great exercises.
