Hi /fit/, newfag here. I just got my first monthly gym pass and I've got a lot of fat to loose. I've been looking around on the internet for weight loss stuff and found that L-carnitine does you good. But, can you OD on it? I was thinking about dropping 3 pills of Nutricore Heat-X (880mg L-carnitine in each) before workout and also drinking a 3000mg l-carnitine sports drink while I'm working out. Will that do me harm?
Also, any suggestions for fat loss boosters?

OP don't take weird shit to lose weight. Just work out and watch your calories. There are no magic pills and you'll only waste your shekels on some snake oil bullshit
just follow the actual dose. wtf is wrong with fatsos trying quick fixes? HARD WORK, FAGGOT. that is what gets results (I lost 77 pounds in 5 months by exercising, no supplements, so can you).

Yesterday I worked hard. Bunch of 3x12 sets on various machines, and 2x20 min. Cardio. Came out to 1 and a half hours. I read that's the max amount of daily workout time for beginners. I think I might have almost ran out of blood sugar, too. To top that all off, I have asthma.

Sounds good, but I don't think I could get ephedrine in Hungary, plus caffeine is only found in anti-headache pills here.
