I guess to elaborate, weighted lower back extensions on one-a them weird kajiggers with pads on the back of your ankles and top of your quads. It's basically a machine to stabilize you and assist you while you do the equivalent of Good Mornings. Also do DB Shrugs laying on your stomach at a 30 degree incline with your arms hanging straight down to the floor.

Just do high bar and low bar squats. do a 5x5 routine. drink whole milk and eat oats

Deadlifts for lower back (+ forearms, legs, upperback)
OHP for traps (+ delts, triceps, chest, serratus)
And obviously squats.
