Go get a blood test first

99.9% probability you dont need them.
>>
>>39361322
what do you mean? what does blood test have to do with this?

The thing is, it's hard as fuck to get vitamin deficiency.
We know lack of vitamin C causes scurvy, but how many people do you know that have scurvy?

If you need to take them daily you should fix up your diet. Just learn how to cook or otherwise prepare vegetables in an appealing manner, it really is not difficult.

That said they're alright as an occasional thing if you're travelling or in some other situation where you can't get reliable micros, I use them for that purpose sometimes.

Supplements will just make your urine more expensive, they aren't worth unless your medic says you have to take them.

The only thing I take without prescription is Pygeum, to prevent prostate cancer and it makes me leak precum and have bigger loads.

Not useful unless your diet is literally shit.

I know 2 people that got diagnosed with early scurvy symptoms
Meat and spuds only does so much

Cool story, I live in South Africa and I haven't even heard of anyone experiencing scurvy symptoms. Then again, every foodstuff here is pretty much fortified to shit for the specific reason that the Northern mudhut-dwelling tribesmen feed their children nothing but maize porridge and lima beans.

Maybe you should buy some vitamins after all, actually.

>2 people
Are they relatives and only ate the exact same stuff?
