the modern diet is in itself so evil that the water you drink itself will sterilize you. Think about this fool: the water is chlorinated in your pipes to such a concentration that it is guaranteed to be sterile upon turning on your taps. So? So, in drinking the water directly from the tap you are in effect sterilizing your own gut microbes and you need those to be you. What is more interesting is that when you raise beef with anti-biotics, they gain in mass far more readily because the gut micobes are killed by the drugs causing their natural state to be devoid of natural symbiotes.
